How much do you charge for postage? 

Our standard postage charge is £3.50 regardless of weight. If you spend over £35 then we offer postage for free as a thank you for supporting our small business. We aim to have all packages with our courier within one working day of receiving your order. Our courier estimates that it will take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Do you offer a quicker delivery option? 

Yes we do. We understand that time flies when you are having fun, so you might need to receive a gift quite quickly. We offer a quicker delivery service where our courier estimates it will take 1-2 working days. Please still allow us one working day to process your order (this means you should receive your package within 2-3 working days). This option costs £4.50. 

Who do you use as a courier? 

For most orders, we use Evri who we have found to be quite reliable. We have lost no parcels in just under 2 years. For longer distance postcodes such as the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Shetland Islands, we use Royal Mail as Evri charge an additional fee for certain postcodes. Its worth checking here to see if you are affected by this.   

I've noticed you are based in Spalding, can I collect my order? 

Yes you can! There's an option at the checkout for you to choose this. I will email you when your order is ready to collect to arrange a mutually convenient time, its as simple as that! You can also order and add a note to request collecting at an event that we are exhibiting at. 

Can I order something and ask for it to be delivered elsewhere? 

Of course you can, this should be possible at the point of placing your order. If not, please email us as soon as possible to arrange this. 

I've received my order and I'm so pleased with it, what should I do? 

Small businesses like ours, survive on word of mouth and public reviews. Google reviews and Facebook reviews help to verify that we are a legitimate website. In a world of so many fakes and scams, reviews help loads. So please consider leaving one for us. Alternatively, if something isn't quite right then please email us. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and I truly believe there is always a solution.
