Where are you based? We are based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. We are based at home, one day we will have a shop where you can come to look at all of our wonderful gifts! Watch this space, it will happen. You can find out more about us here.

How much is postage and packaging? For orders under £35, it’s £3.50. We use Evri as our courier, every order is signed for. For orders over £35, we offer free postage and packaging. We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. We will let you know if there is a delay.

Can I track my order? Yes, every order that is posted, is given a tracking number when dispatched. You should receive this as a notification on your order. We also add your email address to the tracking number so you receive updates directly from Evri. You can track your order on the Evri website too. Evri estimates that at most times of the year, it can deliver orders within 3-5 days.

I need my gift quickly. Can you help? Of course! For £4.50, we can post your order using Evri’s next working day delivery service. The order needs to be dispatched by midday for this service. You can find out more here.

Can I place an order to be delivered to a different address? You sure can. This is perfect for someone wanting to send a present directly to the recipient. The website allows you to add a separate billing and delivery address.

I live locally, can I collect my order? Yes you can! There is an option at the checkout to collect for free. The exact address is given at the checkout, but if it helps, our postcode is PE11 2HL.

Can I collect my order at a fair that you are exhibiting at? Absolutely! If you order no later than 9pm the night before an event we are attending, then select the local collection option. It will automatically display my home address. If you just add in the notes which event you are collecting your order from, we can arrange the rest. You can see which events we are attending here.

Do you offer local delivery? Yes we do. If you live within a 10 mile radius then we can deliver for just £1. We can deliver slightly further afield for a slightly larger fee. Feel free to contact us by email to discuss.

I’ve received my order and I’m really happy with it! How do I spread the word? As a small business, word of mouth is really important to us. You can leave reviews on our Google page or our Facebook page. This helps others to know that we are a legitimate online gift shop. It takes 5 minutes to do and it really helps us to grow. If there are any problems with your order then please email us, we are always keen to resolve a problem quickly. Providing your order number will help us to identify the correct order quickly.

Do you have a social media page? Yes we do, we have a presence on Facebook and Instagram. It’s a good place to follow us as this is where we usually post new stock sneak peeks before it goes on the website.
